En el trabajo de este fotógrafo hay una profunda sensibilidad por las temáticas sociales, económicas e históricas; poder, vulnerabilidad, exclusión o emigración y cómo éstas influyen en el medio rural y urbano.
En sus fotografías elimina todo ornamento para aludir a la memoria; el propio paisaje en sí mismo copntiene una fuerte carga simbólica. Busca transcender la mera observación, rechazando un caráceter documental reducido únicamente a una custión estética. En palabras del artista: Yo no hago fotografía documental, mi intención se centra en la constante oferta de pensamientos a través de las imágenes; ofrecer emociones".
/ In the work of this photographer there is a deep sensitivity for social, economic and historical themes; power, vulnerability, exclusion or emigration and how these influence the rural and urban environment.
In his photographs he eliminates all ornamentation to allude to memory; the landscape itself contains a strong symbolic charge. He seeks to transcend mere observation, rejecting a documentary character reduced solely to an aesthetic question. In the words of the artist: I do not do documentary photography; my intention is focused on the constant supply of thoughts through images; offer emotions".
